We were honored to participate in this year’s Build Expo Dallas as an exhibitor in the Expo Hall, and we hope you got to see us at the event! For all who did not attend, the 2023 Build Expo Event took place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on April 24-25, 2024 at Dallas Market Hall. The event was a great time for everyone involved! The Dallas Business Journal is pleased to announce the first group of companies for its 20th annual Best Places to Work Awards. Residents stunned by higher appraisals – but they've got some options. Texas homeowners are reeling from a leap in property-tax appraisals. The Houston Chronicle described the “sticker shock” in the area Monday. One resident told the publication that her appraised home value went up by $110,000 this year. The median taxable value of appraisals in Austin went up 53.6 percent, the Austin American-Statesman reported.
