I absolutely love and crave baked, stuffed pastas like Cannelloni and Manicotti. There is something so comforting about them, actually I have another great recipe for a Pasta Bake right here.
In America a lot of people make Manicotti with Cannelloni Pasta tubes, and that being said the names are both interchangeable. There’s no dessert more Southern or Summery than Banana Pudding, but I wanted to lighten it up and make it a little more fun. So this is a hybrid of a banana pudding and a banana cream pie that I turned into Banana Cream Parfait.
Let me tell you, this stuff is very delicious, but also very dangerous, so we only really have it a few times a year or on special occasions!! But when you have it…It’s worth it!!

These mini meatloaf’s are flavorful and just the right size for individual portions.
Easy clean up and great for meal prepping, if you like to refrigerate food and then take it on the go.
To up the flavor from the standard kind of meatloaf’s, we sautéed our vegetables until soft and then blended it up into a puree, this disperses that flavor evenly throughout the meat, and creates juiciness.
