For the pastry
200g Qetomix
2 eggs or 1 avocado (approx 80g)
Filling
1tbs oil

To make the pastry, use approx 200g of mix and stir in two beaten eggs (or approx 80g of avocado for a vegan equivalent).

It’s not hard to make homemade panKakes — you just need a good recipe and Qetomix. That’s where we come in! You’ll find the step-by-step recipe below, but here’s a brief overview of what you can expect:
Place Qetomix into a bowl or pan
Whisk one egg and add unsweetened almond milk
Stir in the egg and almond milk to the qetomix. Keep stirring the mix as it thickens

125g Qetomix
50g butter
20-25ml eg white

Method
Chop up the butter and work into the mix.
Adding the egg white will helps the mix to bind to create the pastry
Roll out the pastry on either:
a light dusting of mix on a flat surface
a sheet of grease proof paper
a sheet of reusable baking paper
Use a 2-3 inch diameter pastry cutter to cut the pastry cases.

80ml carbonated/sparkling water (or tap water with 1/2 table spoon of white wine or apple cider vinegar to support the rising process)

100g cheese (50g cheddar and 50g of stilton)
1.5 tsp baking powder
120ml eg white
80 ml water (sparkling )
1 tbs of white wine or apply cider vinegar
50ml cream
Keto for seizure control

Heat oven to 170 degrees C (fan assisted)
Mix all the ingredients together and with a couple of teaspoons, spoon the mix into small greased 12 cupcake tray.
