This tasty, lightened up Nashville Hot Chicken Dip is perfect to serve at parties or while watching a football game! Growing up in the Buffalo area, spicy chicken has always had a place in my heart (and stomach). I have a ton of Buffalo chicken recipes on my blog, but just because I’m a Buffalo girl doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate spicy chicken varieties from other regions! I love Nashville hot chicken, the sweet and spicy flavor combination is just so darn tasty.
I wanted to make a new hot dip for football season and realized that I could take all the components from my favorite Buffalo Chi ..read more

This easy, flavorful Everything Cream Cheese Dip comes together in five minutes with just five ingredients! If you’ve ever had an everything bagel, you’re familiar with the salty, seedy, garlicky combination of flavors on top. Years ago, this combination of salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, and garlic started being sold separately as “Everything Bagel Seasoning.” I first saw it at Trader Joe’s, but now many brands have their own version and I’ve seen it available everywhere from Target to Costco. It’s great on avocado toast or in recipes like my Everything Chicken Bites or Cream Cheese ..read more

This easy Loaded Guacamole makes a flavorful snack paired with tortilla chips or a tasty topping for taco night. I’m obsessed with this guac. It’s rich and creamy and even though it’s loaded with a tasty supporting cast, the avocado remains the star of the show. What makes this guacamole loaded? In addition to more commonly used ingredients like lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno, tomatoes, and red onion, I also added sweet corn and hearty black beans for even more flavor and texture. I could not get enough of this loaded guacamole and I’m excited for you all to make it, because I think you’ll f ..read more

This Taco Spiced Hummus is a fun, flavorful, and lightened up dip that pairs beautifully with veggies for a healthy snack or appetizer! I love serving this alongside or in place of chips and salsa before a Mexican-inspired meal or just for munching. Unlike traditional hummus, this Taco Spiced Hummus uses Greek yogurt rather than oil and tahini, making it lower in fat and calories while still keeping a creamy texture. This recipe is super easy to whip up (it literally comes together in minutes) and uses just canned chickpeas, Greek yogurt and some spices from your cupboard. You probably have ..read more
