Hello folks, I'm seriously looking at my first Honda. A 2016 1.6i DTEC 120bhp with 110.000 miles. Its the basic level trim and features, with no parking sensors etc. It has a full Honda service book and sold to me for £6.700. Hi, not a CRV, but a Civic with the same engine (1.6 iDtec 120PS), so I hope someone could help me. I have the car for almost 2 years, with 89,000 km on the clock, and never noticed this noise before. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed a rattle when the engine is idle. It does not occur all of the time, sometimes on first start of the day, or when sitting in traffic. A slight bit of throttle and the rattle subsides, then returns on it's own a short while after. Hi, New to forum and I have a 2016 CR-V EX 4wd 1.6 DTEC. About a week ago I got in and started up to find the PGM-FI light on the dash. Went to my local guy and asked if he had the wherewithal to read it and diagnose, he had so we proceeded to delve further. The error was pointing to the MAF sensor, so we duly ordered an aftermarket one for around £100. Evening all Anyone come across the high pressure fuel pump rattling loudly on a 1.6 AWD CRV 2017. Started as a low down rattle when accelerating only. Hi All Another DPF query I'm afraid. Very much hoping someone has some insight (@UK-Kev ?)
