Super Easy Chocolate-Walnut Fudge
This really is a delicious fudge recipe to make for Christmas or for someone special on Valentine's Day. Everyone whose made this fudge, always seems to enjoy it. I double the recipe, except for the walnuts (or pecans), and only add 1-1/4 cups of chopped walnuts.

The old thread is really long, and I am having trouble finding the goodies I'm looking for. So I thought I would start a new thread if that's ok. If not ok just delete it.

Cake:
1/2c butter at room temperature
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 room temperature eggs
3 Tbsp whole milk or cream
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp kosher salt
3 Granny Smith apples (2 if large), peeled, cored and sliced thin
Streusel Topping:
3/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 c oats
6 Tbsp softened butter
1/4 c granulated sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
