Has anyone else followed the ongoing drama with “The Guess Who”? It’s an interesting story - most know that Burton Cummins and Randy Bachman wrote all/most of the great Guess Who songs. They also own the publishing rights to all these songs. Shortly after the Guess Who stopped performing their ex drummer did a sneaky thing and copyrighted the name “The Guess Who”.
