My wife and I, plus our four children, their spouses and children/our grandchildren (20 of us), are heading to far Northern Wisconsin in early June for some cabin and lake time. Well another silver salmon season is upon us, it was delayed two weeks by the illustrious WDFW. They couldn’t manage a wet paper bag much less our resources. Having said that, I’m out on the Chehalis river for the first time since the October 1 opening. I haven’t seen any net fly or anyone having a fish on this morning which tells you something. Hello, this is my first post. I've only caught one fish in my entire life, when I was a child, and it was from the mouth of a river open to the sea. Is that fresh water or salt water?
