The waters look dirty. They might be polluted with farm water runoff and pesticides. I would not swim in any Iowa lake, reservoir or river. I would only like to fish, boat, dive and swim in waters that look clean to me. My wife and I, plus our four children, their spouses and children/our grandchildren (20 of us), are heading to far Northern Wisconsin in early June for some cabin and lake time. Well another silver salmon season is upon us, it was delayed two weeks by the illustrious WDFW. They couldn’t manage a wet paper bag much less our resources.
