Many of our patients come to us in need of surgery. This can cause their owners to feel nervous and worried or maybe even dread. We hear lots of reasons why owners don't want to use The Cone however, there are also lots of reasons why it should be used. Read on to learn the answers to our most frequent concerns.
My pet can't eat with a cone on.

Dry Eye Medications
We often have clients who stop all of their pet's medications for dry eye because the eyes look so much better. They seem comfortable and no longer have discharge or crusting. The reality is, the eye drops have no lasting effect and they don't "cure" dry eye. The eyes look so much better because they are receiving consistent treatment.
