This is my first time posting so apologies if I mess something up. Recently it has started to make a sort of rattling sound when accelerating/at low speeds. I just purchased a used 2020 Prius Prime. The charging cable locks into place normally and charges the car to 100%. However, when removing the charging cable it takes a minute or so for the lock to release. I've tried pushing the unlock button on the car repeatedly as well as the release button on the cable. The proximity of the key fob to the cable lock seems to have no effect. it can stay locked into place for over a minute while trying to release it and then it suddenly releases. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a sign that the locking mechanism is failing?  ..read more

Yesterday we took a drive.  About three hours into the drive we stopped and got something to eat.  After we got back into the car we tried to enable cruise control we got the "!" indicator AND the text message "Cruise Control Not Available".  In looking at the online manual it indicates "The dynamic radar cruise control with full-speed range system cannot be used temporarily.  Use the system when it becomes available again."  I have owned the car for about three years so I know how to enable cruise control and characteristics.   We have tried shutting off the ..read more

Hi folks. I own a 2022 Prius Prime Ltd. which comes with Apple Car Play but not Android Auto. (Why would they not include Android Auto in their upscale car model but include it in the lower end models?) I recently bought a 2015  Prius C 1  and I have a few questions that I hope you all could help with. I've been searching for answers to my questions, but I haven't been able to find anything useful so far. So I would greatly appreciate any help.
