I started building a number of raised garden boxes early in the fall. I've built 10 boxes already while working on other parts of the yard. My daughters go to the food bank weekly. Today they gave out free plants!! They got: Strawberries Celery Sage Tomato Broccoli Red onion Oregano Lettuce Peppermint Parsley 3 mystery plants She is SO blessed and excited. She has a green thumb. We have had quite a nice few weeks of cool mornings and then breeze like mid 13C - 15C temps. This week we are looking at 29C and 31C. Especially today it is suppose to absolutely awful with the humidex. Thankfully my daughter already installed the portable AC lastnight [currently running].
