After delay, we were able to get together so Jordan could introduce the CMC family to the Avett Brothers. The North Carolina based, four piece band has been around for over twenty years. This country adjacent band is relatively unknown by most country music fans, it’s time to change that! If you enjoy clever lyrics and a variety of rythyms, you will love these guys! As always, we went off task for quite a while at the beginning. Thank you! We love you! Please remember to Like, Share, Subscribe, Rate, Follow, Review, and all of the other things. Through inclement weather, sickness, busy lives, etc. we were finally able to sit down together and discuss a different style of artist. Zach Williams is a gospel singer from Arkansas. He overcame many personal battles through Christ and now spreads his testimony through his beautiful music. Due to the long layoff we had plenty to discuss before and throughout the show. We scrolled through his catalog and his testimony, as well as, shared a little bit of our views, etc. We have missed you while we were away and look forward to getting back to a more normal schedule! Started prior to World War II, the Opry has been the most constant staple of the genre. As always, we discussed our lives and other random topics. We even left in a nice little painful Easter Egg at the end… here is a hint Jordan took a spin on a horse named Charley. On our last episode of the year, we got together to discuss one of the greatest “ladies men” in country music history, Conway Twitty. We got into the normal randomness before getting to our spotlighted artist. We got to share a very special sound clip sent from a member of our CMC family that just so happens to be a recording artist in Australia. We went hit by hit through Conway’s catalog, even touching on his years performing with Loretta Lynn. He started his music career in Arkansas and ended it in TwittyCity. Thanks as always for your support! We look forward to what 2024 holds for us all ..read more

This week we, after delay, got together and Ryan surprised Jordan with an up and coming artist! He chose an artist on the Sunnyside…. Washington, where Zach Top was raised. A man with Zach’s look and voice seems like a combination Nashville has seen before, but we’ve never seen a talent like this. Only in his early 20’s, his voice is extremely polished. After playing a few songs from his catalog, we broke out in random conversation about country music. Thanks, everyone! We love you!
