Review by Amia D., photo courtesy of Lacey Terrell/Prime Video To say I am obsessed with Daisy Jones & The Six is an understatement. I own 2 copies of the book, my phone wallpaper is Daisy Jones & The Six themed, I downloaded the album the minute it came out and I bought the vinyl. I was ecstatic when the episodes started dropping on Amazon Prime and I am so glad that the show did not disappoint. The first 3 episodes were released on March 3, 2023 and new episodes were released every Friday with the final 2 episodes premiering Friday, March 24th.  I’m not the muse. I’m the somebo ..read more

Let’s just say I didn’t… until I read Ottessa Moshfegh’s My Year of Rest and Relaxation, which features a privileged blonde from Y2K New York City. Despite what shallow, Gossip Girl-like impr ..read more

Reporting by Ava S. and Colleen W. Teen Press members Ava and Colleen sat down with BookTok sensation Alex Aster, author of the recent YA fantasy novel, Lightlark. Here’s what she had to say about her book, her movie deal, and much more! **No Spoilers Here! Colleen: If you could describe your latest release, Lightlark in one word, what would it be? Alex Aster: I think I would describe it as (I hope) dazzling. I know that’s a strange word to say about your own book, but I really tried to have it be atmospheric and have that kind of aesthetic, even though it’s this deadly game. Hopefully, it’s d ..read more
