Happy Summer International Lolita Day everyone! I can’t believe it has been quite a few months since my last blog post. What have I been up to? I have visited Montreal again in February, went to a couple lolita meets, hung out with my irl homies every month & saw some live shows. I did post on on my social media occasionally, but during my offline time, I usually just rest or run errands with my matching Juicy sport bra & track pants set (I call this my “default” girl resting outfit). I do miss blogging too & I enjoy sharing my stories & jfashion outfits with you all on my blog ..read more

Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a spooky & fun October. My friend Joyce (who is in my lolita comm & a hyperpop fan) and I went to Montreal from October 13 to October 14, we stayed in Montreal for only 1 night, mainly to see Hannah Diamond performs in Montreal but our stay was amazing and magical.
Because this blog post is a bit lengthy, so I divided into Part 1 & Part 2. Part 2 will be focus on my shopping experience in girly & alternative fashion boutiques in Montreal.
We decided to take the megabus to Montreal because it was the most economical option for us. The ..read more

Hello again everyone! Is that another DIY blog post?! Yes!
While I was brainstorming outfit ideas for concert/festival season, I saw this metallic pink vinyl fabric on Funky Monkey Fabrics, a Ontario, Canada based fabric store. I knew I had to make an outfit out of it! I was going for the Winx Club x cheerleader x everything holographic 2016 tumblr era aesthetic for the matching top & skirt set. I think if I’m a fairy from Winx Club, I would be the fairy of magical latte & boba .
Fabric & notions I used:
2 pieces of 18in x 54in pink metallic finish soft vinyl fabric

Hi everyone! I went to see 100 gecs last month, that show was exactly how I imagined it to be! I was having post-concert depression for a few days, but that means it was an amazing show! This is my second time seeing them live, the first time was at Osheaga in Montreal. It was funny because few months ago I remember thinking, “Aw I really wish they will tour again soon!” And they did! Their new album 10,000 gecs also finally released on March 17, 2023. The gec fans in Toronto are super excited for them to come, especially their show was rescheduled but then get cancelled during the covid capac ..read more

Happy New Year everyone! We have made it through this year! I feel like 2022 was the year of hope, after staying at home for 2 years, we can finally hang out with friends, shopping, going to meet ups, concerts and conventions in person! When I visited the Holiday Market in distillery district with my coworker and boss , the market was so lively and bustling on a Thursday night, just like the Chinese saying, “People Mountain People Sea”!

Bonjour everyone! Last blog post I mentioned there’s going to be more birthday celebrations, and here we are!
We drove from Toronto to Montreal on Saturday morning and it took us about 5 hours & 30 minutes to arrive, luckily there wasn’t any traffic jam in the morning! I’ve actually saw some girls in their festival outfits at a Mcdonalds near the highway, looks like they were also having breakfast before going to Osheaga.
After we parked our car at an underground parking garage (it was hell, but at least the parking was only CAD$12 for a few hours, and I’ve booked it with the indigo app ..read more
