This week officially marked the start of spring and that news alone is enough to put a smile on my face! Sometimes I wonder why I’m so obsessed with the weather and then I remember that I live in the UK and it’s pretty much all we talk about. The change in seasons is a huge part of the reason I enjoy living here but boyyy has this winter dragged on. I feel as though it’s been a particularly gloomy one, and the arrival of spring always brings with it a new found optimism for all that lies ahead…
I’m looking forward to sitting outdoors more and potting some new plants in our lit ..read more

I recently got back from a little trip to London and I managed to squeeze in a visit to the Sézane Marylebone store. They kindly opened the doors to us half an hour before opening which was such a special treat…
As soon as the doors opened to the rest of the public, the shop floor was flooded with people so I’m very glad that I managed to snap some imagery for you guys in it’s rare quiet and serene state!
Long time readers will know that Sézane is a special brand for me, I’ve been following their journey since they were just an online store and they were also one of the first brands to re ..read more

*This post includes a press stay with Sir Hotels but all words & imagery are my own as always!
One of the most memorable trips I went on last year was actually to somewhere I’d never planned on going! Funny how life happens like that and a reminder to think outside the box when it comes to dreaming up travel plans.
It’s easy to get caught up on where’s popular or a bit of a ‘hot spot’ on social media, but often times those are the least enjoyable places because they end up being extremely busy at peak times when most people are free to travel (and often very overrated). It’s that age ..read more

I’ll admit that once we reach February, I can grow quite tired of winter dressing…
It’s easy to sink into the comfort of your favourite oversized jumper and forget how transformative the process of putting an outfit together can be. With this in mind, I thought I’d look back through some of my recent winter looks and highlight some key pieces that have been preventing my outfits from feeling like the same old winter uniform!
Firstly, never underestimate the power that a great pair of gloves and a beautiful scarf can have when putting together an outfit together! Whether it’s adding ..read more

Hello Hello! *wipes dust off laptop screen and tries to remember blog url…
It’s been a while since I’ve connected with you guys around these parts and I’ve really really missed it! This blog space was always my true passion when it came to content creation, and over the last couple of years, it’s slowly morphed into somewhere that primarily holds space for my travel focused content.
I think this is due to mixture of components – the rise of short form video content in recent years and the whole ‘blogs are dead’ rhetoric that haunts me daily. It’s never nice to be hit with the realisation that ..read more

*This post included a press stay with Jet2 but all imagery & words are my own as always!
A little earlier this month I got to spend a week in beautiful Rhodes in collaboration with Jet2. They kindly invited to me stay at the newly refurbished Electra Palace Hotel and I jumped at the opportunity to be by the sea!
I used to holiday in Greece every year when I was growing up so it’s quite a sentimental place for me and one that holds a lot of treasured memories from various family trips over the years. It felt very full circle to be visiting because of my job and I relished the opportun ..read more

The second week of our time in Japan was spent exploring beautiful Kyoto. There were lots of elements of Tokyo that I really enjoyed and felt inspired by, but if I’m being honest, Kyoto completely stole my heart!
It’s not often that I feel completely enamoured by a place and find myself wondering what it would be like if I actually lived there. I definitely left Kyoto feeling as though I could live there – I’d love to rent somewhere for six months and spend more time exploring and creating content there. It’s forever etched in my memory and has encouraged me to make more of a ritual out of the ..read more

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while then you’ll have seen me style my denim pieces in a multitude of ways over the years – I think it’s safe to say that denim is widely considered the backbone to many peoples wardrobes, and it’s currently having a huge resurgence in the fashion world…
I’ve been seeing so many unique denim designs and a huge rise in the acceptance of double denim (and even head to toe denim outfits). It’s fun that denim is getting the appreciation that it deserves, but it’s also another example of the never ending trend cycle that has a tendency to suck us in! Wi ..read more

*This post features a gifted experience with Pall Mall, all words & imagery are my own as always!
One of my main promises to myself as I’ve entered my thirties is to always try and prioritise my health first above everything else! It seems pretty simple in theory, but when you run your own business and life speeds up (as it always does after the new year) it gets trickier to set boundaries and the guilt of just taking time to focus on yourself creeps in…
Health and wellbeing takes many different forms depending on what kind of person you are and what sort of lifestyle you’re living. Howeve ..read more
