From injured and worried to self-sufficient and thriving
Priscilla’s story is one we hear all too often. She’d been working with a trainer at another gym. The style of workouts they offered were high intensity intervals. It was very demanding, which led to fast results. But it also led Priscilla to injury and burnout. ?
“I did enjoy the workouts for the first little while, and I did start to see some change. Yet it ended up becoming too much and it led me to get injured and have to stop altogether. The silver lining was it did give me a bit of confidence knowing that I can get results.”

Chronic Shoulder Injury —> Super Handyman ?♂️?
Murray came to us on a recommendation from a friend who had been going through similar issues. A chronic shoulder injury caused by overuse and improper training technique. Murray had tried changing the exercises he did and performing some research on his own, but the only thing that seemed to help was taking pain killer medication. ??
“It was getting to the point where I couldn’t work for the day. I couldn’t sleep or lie down without being in pain. I couldn’t do the things I used to be able to do.”
