We picked up our Timberline yesterday and we love it. Except for the sound system. I was led to believe the 501A package with the B&O sound system was top notch to include a bass. But even with the bass turned all the way up, I can’t get any significant output from the system. It sounds meh at best and somewhat flat. Anyone else experiencing this?

Trans heated up to 280 and started slipping. Took Ford dealership 4 weeks to tell me the seal was leaking and needed to be recalibrated. This all happened 3 hrs from home. Picked it up today and drove home. Temp ran around 200 for 2 hrs then moved to 237 for a half hr then dropped back to 201-205. All hwy driving and constantly in 10th gear. Any thoughts? Still have 10k to go on factory warranty. Called for and they said “it should be fine”.

Hello everyone. I have a 2011 Ford Expedition Limited. The front brakes feel like they are occasionally sticking especially on warmer days. It isn't throwing any codes. I hooked up my scan tool and the only thing that seemed off is the "Booster brake pedal force switch Normally open" reads closed. Does anyone have any tips on troubleshooting? I replaced the ABS control module about 6 months ago and the front brakes about 2 months ago and changed the brake fluid.

Recall #22S56 CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER MOTOR REPLACEMENT
Purchased a 2017 limited today with an open recall. What should I do? Do you wait til something happens or go now? Any tips? Any experience with a limited vs XLT?

Hello all, i recently bought a one owner, 2007 Expy Limited with 140K miles. My application for this vehicle is just a dog hauler, meaning I won’t be daily driving this vehicle to work, or putting it under any type of towing load. Just for taking the dogs on walks, swims, beach, whatever. Obviously it has the 5.4 V8, and I was wondering at what intervals you high-mileage owners change your oil. I always do my own oil changes, using Mobil-1 full synthetic for all my vehicles. Also please let me know what issues I may run into with it being high-mileage, as this is my first 5.4 Triton vehicle ..read more

2002 4.6 XLT
I’ve daily driven this truck for the past 70k miles of its life. Only at 185k now. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this truck, but lately I’ve been torn between keeping it or getting something newer. I put about 2-3 thousand dollars into it every year or 2 fixing something new that breaks, putting it in the shop when it’s something I’d rather not fix myself. But that’s still better than a payment I guess (though the wife would disagree when I show her the bill ha). It’s not perfect and still could use a lot more work. Waiting on a cylinder head temperature sensor to come in as I t ..read more
