It was such an honor to photograph this nontraditional and intimate wedding on all film. Autumn is a super talented wedding photographer herself, so I was honored when she asked me to photograph her and Josh’s intimate wedding this past summer. When planning their wedding, Autumn and Josh approached it simply as planning their ideal day. They wanted it to feel relaxed and personal, and to include their closest family and friends.  Autumn and Josh were married at Josh’s parents’ spectacular home in Vermont. They started out their wedding day by driving to one of their favorite nearby swimm ..read more

Maggie and Crosby’s artistic wedding in Boston was one of the coolest I photographed last year! I second shot this one for my friend and colleague Gabby Riggieri and it was an honor to work with her, as usual. Maggie and Crosby chose to get married at SoWa Powerstation, a massive brick building in the heart of Boston. It was the perfect blank canvas for them to execute their wedding vision, and the AE Events team helped them bring everything to life. The large space held everything from the ceremony stage to the dance floor, to the long rows of tables where guests ate dinner. And there was eve ..read more

This colorful, minimalist wedding in a museum was shot on both film and digital. I’m so excited to share some photos from Ellen and Howie’s gorgeous and colorful wedding at Mass MoCA. I was honored to second shoot this one alongside my talented friend Gabby Riggieri.  Mass MoCA is a beautiful contemporary art museum tucked away in the Berkshires, and it has quickly become one of my favorite wedding venues in the Northeast.   On top of getting married at the museum, Howie and Ellen chose to get ready at Tourists, which is a really cool and thoughtfully designed hotel just a short ..read more

Step into nostalgia for this colorful vintage style elopement. Olivia and J are wonderful, and I was so honored to photograph them this past spring. We did a styled elopement shoot together in the coolest location just outside of Boston. First, the two brides recited letters to each other in a park under a huge tree. Their words to each other were so beautiful and you can tell just how much these two love each other. Then, the festivities continued in a cozy home that was brimming with vintage furniture and decor. The entire house was styled with bright colors and vintage pieces. It was like s ..read more

Magical Destination Wedding in Ireland

Last year, we shot the most lovely destination wedding in Ireland. Jess and I shot Cat and Jonathan’s Vermont wedding in 2021, and it was magical. So when they contacted us about photographing their second wedding in Ireland, we were so excited. Jonathan’s family is from Ireland, and many of them had not been able to attend the first wedding because of Covid, so they decided to have a second wedding to celebrate with everyone. The couple chose Kilkea Castle for their venue, and we had to catch our breath when we pulled up for the first time. The castle dates from the 12th century and retains m ..read more

We absolutely loved shooting Jen and Marykate’s beautiful wedding in Western Massachusetts a little while ago.  We knew as soon as we had our initial consult video with Jen and Marykate that their wedding was going to be really cool. They described lush jewel tones and industrial vibes, and we were so excited when their day finally rolled around. They had their wedding at The Boylston Rooms in Easthampton, Massachusetts and we loved shooting there. Their ceremony space is elegant and full of light, and there are so many nooks and vignettes there with interesting colors and textures.  ..read more

We adore elopements, and Tim and Gia’s intimate elopement in Boston was no exception. Gia and Tim originally contacted me about photographing their wedding when they were planning a large celebration in Boston. Then, 2020 happened. But instead of letting it thwart them, these two just modified their plans and eloped with their immediate families instead!  Gia started out the day getting ready with her friends. She works in fashion, so I knew her bridal look was going to be amazing, and her Alexandra Grecco gown and gold headpiece did not disappoint. Her friends were all so excited for her ..read more

South Farms Wedding

I loved photographing Mallory and Bobby’s heartfelt wedding day. Mallory and Bobby held their wedding at South Farms in Litchfield County, Connecticut. This area of Connecticut is full of forests and beautiful farmland, so it only makes sense that one of my favorite farm venues would be located there. One of the things I love about South Farms is the sheer number of options when it comes to wedding events and photographs. They have a shady gravel road, open fields (my favorite at sunset), a lawn for a wedding ceremony, and a massive barn for cocktail hour and your reception. Plus if it rains ..read more

Margaux and Connor’s Bridgerton-inspired wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. I associate shot this one for Lindsay Hackney Photography this past fall, and every detail was absolutely beautiful. Margaux was inspired by the romance of shows like Bridgerton and curated a day that was lush and romantic. It truly did feel like stepping into a period piece.  The wedding took place on a warm day at Shepherd’s Run, which is now one of my favorite venues in New England. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel are full of unique architectural details. The ceremony took place in a walled courty ..read more

I had so much fun photographing this wedding at Artists for Humanity in Boston This gorgeous modern wedding took place this past December, and I second shot it for my friend Gabriella Riggieri. The whole thing happened at Artists for Humanity, which is such a fun venue to work at. I love all the art they have displayed, and the clean lines and bright space make it a pleasure to photograph in.  Some of my favorite images from this celebration are below for you to take a look at. I photographed these on a mix of film and digital. I’ve been using way more film to photograph clients and weddi ..read more
