Related to a debate I was having with a friend. What are the exclusive clubs/hang out spots that pro-athlete/celebrity/high net worth individuals go out in mke? Like bars, clubs, etc. My friend is from LA and says there’s nothing like that here.

I’ve been seeing how people just want to enjoy music but not always the club setting or drinking
I’m thinking putting together an event where you can have espresso instead along alcohol if you really want that too
It’s more to bring together sober people and if people want to drink they can
It would all be centered on house music, dancing, and making this into a community
Would you be interested?

Always love having the morning paper, but delivery costs are just too much for me right now. Is there anywhere in / around Bayview area that still sells newspapers? I’ve heard that Groppi has them, but i haven’t had a chance to go check. Thanks for the help :)

In search of a dog trainer for my reactive dog to new guests/ new people coming into our home. She’s a rescue with a lot of trauma so we want to work with someone with a focus on positive reinforcement

My son is working an internship in Waukesha this summer, and considering subleasing an apartment slightly west of Marquette for a couple of months. It's near 20th and W Clybourn just north of I94. Parking would be on the street. He doesn't drive a fancy car and would be coming and going during daylight hours for the most part. How concerned should I be about safety? I've read mixed messages about safety around Marquette University. Thanks.

Hey everyone! I’m 16f and interested in getting into babysitting in Milwaukee, but I’m not sure where to start. I have some experience watching younger siblings and cousins, but I’d love to gain more experience and eventually find families to babysit for.
Do you have any advice on how to get my first babysitting job? Should I take a CPR/first aid course, and if so, where’s the best place to do that around here? Are there any local Facebook groups, apps, or websites that parents in Milwaukee use to find babysitters? Also, any tips on setting fair rates would be super helpful!
I’d appreciate an ..read more

Hey there - I haven't lived in Milwaukee in almost 10 years. Thinking of moving back but I have heard that a lot of the lines shut down/the services aren't very good. Asking because I don't drive. Currently live in Portland, OR. Transit is good, but I need to get out of here.
EDIT: Ty everyone! I haven't driven since 2015 after I moved here...so maybe Milwaukee wouldn't be the best choice ha!! Going to check out Chicago transit!
