does anyone got issue with tailgate that slams down so badly it shakes all car? we got service app. and tech replaced both strats and still we got same issue. funny part is if you have all door and all windows closed tailgate will close with less bang,probably because of air pressure in cabin,but if you open window or door will bang like boom. now we have checked new 2024 demo model and it has no issues regardless of door or window being closed or open. tech checked revision on both lifter... I have a 2020 Model Y with the Intel chip. After one of the latest updates, I noticed my Sentry mode was x'd out saying check the usb drive. Since the USB drive is almost 4 years old I checked it on my PC and it worked ok. Rebooting the screen would enable the drive but sentry mode would always x out again. For the life of me I cannot figure this out. I don't get text messages very often in the car that I "need" to respond to while driving. However, I occasionally do, and the text-to-speech volume of the text message is quite loud. How do I lower this volume? Hello All, I found a small tire cut on my Tesla MYLR(attached Pictures) which i bought in March and when I checked with tesla they denied to cover for replacement and were estimating 430$ for replacement. I haven't hit a pot hole or a curb and its not so deep but i notice its kinda spreading. I checked with continental and they asked to inspect with Tire discounters(Authorized Dealer). OK So my wife said she seldom uses the lower storage in the trunk and she also wants to have the security of a spare tire. I bit the bullet and started cutting and my modern spare fits perfectly in the rear without having the floor panels out of place. I will probably have to go back in and put sown some sound deadening material on the exposed metal but that's fine with me ..read more
