Hello, I’ve been wanting to get into a Tesla for a while now and with the .99 I, like many others am seriously considering getting a new base model. I drive about 25-30k miles a year, about a 50/50 mix of highway and city. I can’t currently charge at home on a daily basis. So I will mostly be charging at public chargers and SC occasionally. About a month ago I had a dumb lizard back his 1500 into my rear gate and had work done. This past Friday I took my car back since I saw that the tail light was janky and misaligned. Yesterday I needed the rear storage and heard a loud pop as I opened the gate. So, I applied for the .99 APR and got a message saying I was conditionally approved. They asked me for proof of residence. I literally just moved 2 weeks ago to my GF's apartment, so at this very moment I have no utility bill under my name, that will change in the next 2 weeks. I got a call this morning from someone from Tesla, telling me I got denied, but that the address situation DID NOT play a part in the decision. No lender offered me a loan.
