Fans feared the worst after Grand Point North was canceled in 2020 and failed to return in ensuing years. Potter herself expressed skepticism about whether her fest would come back. The Burlington Discover Jazz Festival starts in three weeks, after last year’s annual event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
