If anyone could help me out I'd be real apprciative; I'm having trouble removing the F wheel cause I've never in my life had such a stubborn castle nut I couldn't get off. Any suggestions? I tried some PB blaster and used a torch lighter to heat this sucker up and no avail. This front wheel is looking rough and since this is my daily ride I can't risk breaking the axle shaft off. Hi all. I recently acquired a 2010 Ninja 250 that has been sitting for many years. When I got it, it started with fresh gas but would stall when giving gas, so decided to clean the carbs. Got the carbs out and cleaned them out good, but now wondering what these are: The plastic washer is what I am wondering about, and they came out of the top of the carbs so thought it was part of the needle valve holder pictured with it but I don't see... Put a carb kit in my 2003 250R. Clean out the tank and also put in a fuel filter. Still will not idle. It runs great. It acts like the Pilot Jet is clogged. What does everyone think? Thanks. Bill ..read more
