Good day, everyone. My main panel isn't too strong. It's just at 100A, but I'm looking to upgrade it this summer to 200A. Today, my house experienced a power outage. Power returned within 10 min, but I didn't get the chance to turn off the 60A breaker connected to the Gen 3 Wall connector. To my knowledge, the main panel currently does not a whole house surge protection. May I please find out - Electricity came back before I had the chance to flip the 60A breaker. Is there... The trunk on our 2018 Model 3 recently started some odd behavior. Usually about once a day, some days more often, it will randomly open on its own. Sometimes it does it while driving but usually the car is parked. It doesn't seem to matter whether you're near the car or not, whether it's locked or unlocked. Our Model 3 just passed its fifth birthday. And just recently, when the glove box opens, it now opens with a bang. That is, it flops open hard and fast, such that the door actually bounces a few times before coming to rest. It used to open gently. Clearly there's some sort of damping system that lets it open smoothly, instead of crashing open, as ours now does. Some spring or hydraulic thingy or whatever. Noticed on the way home that my daytime running lights stopped working. When I turn the headlights on, the light up. But when set to “off” or when auto has them off, it’s all off. Tried a reboot and it’s the same. Just ran update 36.2 recently. While it bothers me that the cars not working properly, I’m not sure I mind the fact that no lights are on if I don’t want them to be. Hello Tesla Motors Club members, I've been searching through the forum for information on upgrading from HW2.5 to HW3.0 for my Tesla Model 3 (Feb 2019 build), but I haven't found a definitive answer—apologies if I missed available information. This is the damage. Ok so last month I got the fsd free trial, I always download the latest Tesla app for phone and the bug fixes but when I view my specs for my car it says 11.1 but in brackets it reads 2024.3.25 ? Today, cruise control just randomly shut off. No reason given. Multi lane highway, normal traffic and good weather. And, every time I reactivate cruise, the windshield wipers come on and won’t turn off. Sheesh. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I am new to Tesla. I bought a Salvage Model 3. I am fixing it. Finally after months and thousands of dollars I am finally down to 2 codes. I am ver surprised a full list of codes and possible causes are not found anywhere. So any help anyone can provide would be helpful. I replaced the airbags, srs module, steering column, had the seatbelts rebuilt and pretentioners rebuilt. Spent $5,700 at Tesla replacing wire harnesses and such. That is all of the background info.
