Elon has said he’d retrofit HW3 cars with purchased FSD. Most of these cars are almost 2 years old or older. A lot of us have considered upgrading to the refreshed versions of the car or purchase an S, X or cybertruck rather than go through a retrofit process that has yet to be implemented. I recently looked at a new model S. I have to purchase the FSD again on the new car. This is a deal killer. My suggestion would be to transfer the FSD and sweeten the deal with monetary amount in...

The new Model Y has a front camera. I wonder if Tesla sells a front camera for older Model Y customers. I know it is not possible to integrate with FSD (Full Self-Driving), and I'm not expecting that - I'm just thinking of a simple camera that we could use through the infotainment system to see our surroundings while parking.
While there are third-party solutions like Teslogic's wireless front camera available, I prefer to have this functionality integrated within Tesla's native software...

I have a rear entertainment unit installed in my 2022 Model Y and the controls for the AC are not working. It’s a 7” rear entertainment unit but the AC controls are not working. I’m having issues performing an OTA update. When I go into OTA it tells me to go to a page “https://8.8.8.8/zp/zptsla/….”
Does anyone know how to update OTA or where can I get the update files to perform via USB ..read more

Hi
Got my new model 3 a month back, had a 2021 refresh AWD earlier.
when driving home from the pick-up point it vibrated heavily in the steringwheel at 115 to 140 km/h. It had summer tires on.
I have changed to the Winter tires now that was on my 2021. It vibrates in the seat when driving 50-60 km/h…
It has come to my knowledge that I am not alone and Tesla don’t know whats wrong…
anybody with this issue in here, never had that with my 2021 refresh ..read more

When I took delivery of my first Tesla, the salesman told me it was an LFP car. From the start, I felt like they were rushing me through the process since the car was used and not new. My questions were met with surface-level, snappy responses, which I just tried to brush off.
When I set the charge limit to 100%, I noticed the “80% recommended for daily driving” tip. I brought it up, but the salesman brushed it off, saying I should charge to 100% once a week. I tried verifying the battery...

Did you notice that Tesla's 3/Y headlights, when used for low beams, can operate in two different beam modes? In addition to low beams, of course, we also have high beams and adaptive high beams, but I don’t want to discuss those this time.
Low beams, also known as dipped headlights, are designed for use when there is oncoming traffic. In the Tesla I drove, however, I noticed something unusual about how they work. While with standard automotive lights, the low beam...

During a crash detection, all windows should Lower. I don’t like the thought of burning to death because no one could get out. I understand the front doors have a manual release but the Model 3 does not have any manual release for the back doors. Also the front windows are not easy breakable like the front windshield. They are laminate. I live in Florida where there are lots of canals. Drowning is another issue. Elon, make this happen. I believe in and you and I am. Hugh Tesla fan. I have...
