Good Day. I have a 2014 (MY14.5) Outlander Phev and my MMCS (multimedia communication system) randomly restart during driving. So I am listening radio or MP3 while driving and suddenly the music stops. I look at the screen and it is black (like the power supply was interrupted) and it is immediately restarting (welcoming screen, etc.). It takes about 5 second to restart and after that it continues the music from where it stopped. Did anyone experienced such thing with their Phev? What... Hi all I can't find the answer to my question anywhere and wonder if any of you could help. I am finding it hard to drive at night with the halogen/standard headlights in my 20/21 outlander (the 2.4 dynamic one). I can't seem to find anyway to alter the 'dip settings' and hard to get a great view of the road. Can I replace by installing the xenon headlight unit (the entire cluster/unit) on each side? Hi. On my 2019 PHEV outlander there was a rattling from the exhaust. It is from this bracket in the photos. I can’t find what it was there to do. The hanging bracket further up is intact. Hi all 1st time poster. I just bought a 2nd hand 2020 Phev on Thursday I have charged it twice now and with times the electric range shows at 16 miles. I understood it to be 28-30 and although actual range in winter would be about 20. Should the actual range not actually show 28 miles after the charge is complete? Or does the car recognise the previous owner range and adapt to that so eventually it will show more? I'm slightly worried and only have 7 days to formally reject the car... Clashed door mirrors with an Audi in a narrow country lane today. My driver's side mirror has broken glass, lost outer shell, and broken indicator repeater. In the Podpoint literature available on their website it says for home charging you can use 3.6kw, 7kw or 22kw home chargers with the Outlander PHEV. But it shows a charging time of 4 hours for each of them. I deduce that the Outlander can actually only charge at 16amps? So my 7kw charger and 32amp cable will never charge the vehicle at 32amps? My 2015 PHEV has develped an annoying fault, in that the radio presets for its DAB radio are continuouosly "disappearing" whilst driving, with the radio cutting out and eventually defaulting to another station. Whenever this happens, I notice on the screen display that the names of all the DAB stations that I have preset are erased, yet if I tap on any given preset the desired station can still be selected, and its name "re-saved" by holding the button/pad for a few seconds.
