I've done numerous drop offs and have been to the waiting lot a couple of times briefly, but the app never shows the number of cars waiting in the queue. The bottom of the screen always stays at "Heading to waiting lot", see picture below. Does this mean I'm not in the queue and won't get any request? Dropped off pax at Bellevue Westin today. As I was driving down to the door, I noticed some lady was poking her head from around the corner. It seemed odd at first glance but I didn't think more of it. After I took luggage out of car and said goodbye to pax I went to get in my car and there she was--King County License Inspector.
