Trying to run through various things on the Nero EV with the wife, one of which is jumping the battery with a jump starting power block and I’m having trouble removing the section of the Frunk to get to the + terminal and can’t get the plastic section off. My 2022 Niro EV has decided it does not want to provide heat despite previously working fine. I have not been using Auto Climate but just selecting the temperature needed and the three areas I need the air to come from. It just blows ambient temperature now through the vents. I have tried three times to re set the panel using the small hole with a pen . It resets but does not solve the problem. The car is not heat pump equipped. I have a 2022 Niro EV, and I was curious about the rather slow 77 Kw charging speed and how it compares to the higher speeds that most other EV's out there have at this time. Is the speed reduced because the battery pack used on this car is lower quality, built in a way that higher speeds would damage it or it's not even robust enough to handle higher speeds, or is this external to the battery itself- with Kia going cheaper/more conservative on the charging system itself in the car? We've just had our tyre changed after showing low tyre pressure, but since then the display behind the steering wheel shows a car (not with the tyre pressure query), rather than the actual speed that it used to. Recently, I lost a key for my 4+. ? After much faffing around, and waiting nearly 2 weeks, this was replaced under AA insurance, and the new key and the spare reprogrammed. However, these keys both have the same physical key, a potential security problem if someone finds the lost key. Second hand Niro EV 3. 4300 miles on the clock when I bought it. Each charging session since has given me consistant GOM readings of 180miles (plus or minus 5 miles). Seems to be a little bit low for a 64kWh battery. It's lower than my previous car - Cupra Born. Yes I know that my driving 'style' will influence the GOM - I was expecting it to improve a bit as things warm up a bit. So I done 420 miles in 3 days for first time With 40 miles to go "check hda, check lane assist" flash up and they go off When I got almost home I noticed the cars sat nav wouldn't load up (I use android auto) and it thinks I'm still at the services So on and off the car. Warnings go but nav not working .. I think the above 2 errors were because it doesn't know I'm on a motorway it won't activate How do I reset the nav? I have just had my car fully detailed, with ceramic coating for the exterior plus a coating for the windows and sunroof. Oh, and a final wax coat after a few days to give ceramic time to cure. As part of this, I and the detailer noticed there is a small amount of PPF on the car as shipped by Kia.
