So I just purchased a 3 year prepaid Oil Change service from my dealership for a total of $1,516. It includes 2 B-Services, and 1 A-service. The regular price charged by this dealership is: $713 for Service B, and $265 for Service A ($1,691 total). So I saved a total of $175 (roughly 10% off) by buying a package "prepaid maintainence" . It locks in the rate for 3 years (instead of having inflation increase the cost from year to year, plus I save $165). Hello guys, Just recently I have replaced all the spark plugs on my M278 engine Here we have some photos of the cylinder barrel , car has 68k miles nicely done on highway. At 30k miles Mercedes dealer had replaced all spar plus - all of them were fitted side-way so completely incorrect index. According to engine production my engine has icast-iron cylinder barrels. Yesterday I did what I always do. Parked my S450 at the hotel, closed all the shades and locked by touching the door handles. Car locked normally. I walked away and about one minute later returned for something I had forgotten in the car. Unlocked the door through the door handles and leaned inside the car to open the center console. One hand on the driver's seat, one looking for my wallet inside the console. Before I was even able to find my wallet, all the shades oppened at once. Including rear passenger moonroof cover.
