Whenever I open my vents to outside air, I start smelling a weird cleanser-y smell that I don't smell when the vents are closed. I'm in a brand new 2022 Stinger GT. I've had a 2022 Sorento and a 2020 Forte, and I didn't have this issue. My Forte's air did start to smell like vinegar when I would first turn on the AC, but I've never smelled what I smell in the Stinger. My 2022 Stinger still has WIRED Apple Car Play. For me it is very inconvenient to plug in my iPhone each time I get it the car and of course I often forget it when I exit the car. I was skeptical but I ordered a device that converted wired car play to wireless. Had it about a month and it’s working great.
