Model X 2017. The left falcon wing door is in a visibly closed position. The left screen indicates incorrectly that it is open. The large right touchscreen indicates that it is closed. Overall car thinks it is open. I cannot get the door to move by pushing any buttons or pulling the manual release.
When I drive, there is an error message that says the FWD is open. There is not debris on the external door. I have tried rebooting the vehicle and turning the vehicle off. Nothing works. The...

Executive Summary
I own a 2023 (not 2024, please ignore mistake in title) Model X with approximately 80,000 miles. Recently, I've observed two main issues: difficulty maintaining cabin temperature in hot climates and reduced supercharging efficiency during high ambient temperatures. Despite passing a recent thermal test by Tesla Service, concerns persist about potential obstructions affecting louvres or cabin HVAC components.
Seeking guidance on logical next steps to address these...

My 2022 Model X rear drivers FWD is more recessed into the door and you must apply more force to trigger the FWD to come open.
What would cause this? The other doors require less force to trigger automatic doors. Has anyone ran into this? The other doors are more flush with the body as well ..read more

My 2022 Model X experiences an unusual issue when driving with Full Self-Driving (FSD) under a specific bridge. Every time I pass through, the entire FSD system goes haywire—the red yoke flashes, it beeps, and then shuts down. I have to drive for 5-10 minutes before I can engage it again. Despite reporting this problem multiple times over the past 2+ years, it hasn’t been fixed. How will this work in robotaxis? The car simply stops ..read more

I've have been in the market for a Tesla model x and I've been working with a local EV dealer to find a used 2016 model x as I've been able to find them under $25k. He at first was willing to help me find a older model x but then he changed his mind because he is concerned that he would sell me a car that would have a lot of unknown problems. He said,
"Ya, honestly if you buy a 2016 or older, I'd rather not sell it to you. They have sooooo many issues. The Model X has the highest rate...

Hi all,
Looking at buying a 2nd hand model X as I need a 7 seater.
Have 2 cars shortlisted, an august 2017 and a September 2018 model X, both 100d.
The 2018 is coming €3000 more expensive obviously, but we like the 2017 colour and interior better and not that it is a big factor on electric cars but the 2017 has half the mileage! (30k Vs 60k).
The 2017 had the MCU upgraded to V2 and apparently at one point it belonged to a Tesla technician, so assume it was very well looked after.
Have no...
