Alright, I've been dealing with this code for the last 3 months. The entire timing kit was replaced, pumps, sprockets, timing gear, everything. OEM OVC, it is getting voltage, no leaks for any point, all seals and gaskets have been replaced as well. The oil filter has been cleaned as well.
