Does anyone know where to get answers to questions, I appreciate I could put my list on forums and get things sorted but I am not getting anywhere with the dealer or Hyundai customer service and I feel both of them should be trying to help more, I sent a list of questions into the dealer 2 days after taking delivery of a new car and they only attempted to answer one of them and a reply from Hyundai customer services was just confusing, I suspect they sent me the answers to someone else's questions and nothing else from them after asking about the reply. I pick my 72 plate Ultimate in Gravity Gold Matte finish on Saturday. I've leased my last 3 cars but now semi retired decided didn't want to pay out £400+ a month. So looking forward to getting my first electric car . It has the light interior which gives a real luxurious feel. Hi. Our Ioniq 5 was stolen two nights ago presumably via the emulator method as the keys were in a faraday pouch and the car was on the street (not drive). As per the usual modus operandi, they deleted the Bluelink account after gaining access - which is obviously a ridiculous security flaw (why is the registered account not asked to confirm deletion - eg via email?). When I became aware first thing yesterday morning, I called the police, my insurer and then Hyundai in that order.
