I transferred my ny license to nj because i moved but tlc is saying ny is active and they cannot updated records to nj license. Have any of you had any issues with booked reservations suddenly disappearing, roughly 45-60 minutes before the reservation time? I understand that you must be online 40 minutes prior to the reservation, and I have been online at least 50 minutes just in case, but oftentimes at the 40-45 minute mark it just up and disappears maybe 50% of the time without any notification of cancellation, payment, or anything else.
