Hey guys. Not sure if this is something I haven’t noticed before or it just started. But when I press the throttle in any gear besides neutral i hear a click from either the transmission or driveshaft. I also hear it when I let off the throttle. It doesnt do it in neutral. Only when im moving. Like something is engaging and disengaging. No impact on performance and it doesnt matter whether im in 2wd or 4wd. 2016 3 pedal car. I’ve been having issues with my clutch acting funny. Not fully disengaging and low pedal travel. I took the machine out anyway. About 20 yards from the truck I missed a 1 to 2 shift and hit neutral then grabbed 2nd. Heard a loud bang and stopped and put it in neutral. It sounded like I put rock in the trans. Just broke 4,000 miles and have just started hearing a clanking noise in 3rd gear, under a load at higher rpm’s. I see that this is a known issue on this forum, so I intend to tear down the tranny this summer and repair it. I’m supposed to go on a 3 day trip in several weeks. If it’s just an issue with dogs as I suspect it is, will I hurt anything if I drive it without really using 3rd gear at high rpm’s? I just put my Rhino 2.0 Axles on the front of my YXZ and the differential side axle boot catches the grease fitting on the lower A arm. It tore the clamp off of the boot. I sent pics and info to SuperATV and here was their response. I spoke with our QC team and searched through reported issues with OE arms and the axles. While our axles are larger in diameter than OE, we've never had any reports of them making contact with anything. The only real solution would be to find a flush grease... 2018 SS SE model with Tubeworks oil mod, 520 miles. On our recent trip to Colorado I rode two sections through the trip that I got my clutch hot enough to smell the fluid, both times I let the tranny cool before continuing on.
