I'm American, and travelling in El Salvador solo right now and am a little uncertain about etiquette around eating. I see it might be considered rude to leave immediately after eating and you're supposed to stay and chat but..I'm alone so I have no one to chat with. Also what's the etiquette for paying? Do I ask for the check? Or go up to the counter and pay when I'm done eating? Also is it rude for me to be on my phone constantly while at a restaurant? Recuerdo que cuando llovía, además de bajar los plásticos que daban a la cocina de suelo de tierra porque no teníamos ventanas, me mandaban a mi o mis hermanos a tapar los espejos sobretodo cuando llovía porque disque "los espejos atraían a los rayos" habrá sido porque antes los espejos se hacían (o se hacen?) con plata y estaño y la gente hacia correlación? También recuerdo que en los eclipses las embarazadas y los animales (?) andaban con un listón rojo. So I just arrived in El Salvador yesterday and this was my first night in the country, in El Zonte. The manager of the Bnb Im staying said that energy goes off every night. So I was sleeping in my room when the fan stopped working and my things stopped charging, at 3am. It got very hot without the fan and energy only came back at 5:20am. Is this a normal thing? Hola, Tengo que hacerle unos arreglos a la casa y me voy a ir a la de mis papas mientras hacen los arreglos (esta sola esa casa) Lo malo es que en esa casa donde voy a estar no hay internet conectados, y no queremos internet conectado a largo plazo. Esas semanas que duren los arreglos tengo que trabajar, asi que necesito una conexion que aguante llamadas por zoom varias horas al dia.
