Hi I have owned my etron for nearly 2 years and has done 31k miles. Recent dealer service in Feb tried to update software and told me it failed to upload twice. Wasn't told what update was but was phoned a week later to say it HAD been sucessful. Hi there, Hopefully this forum is closer to what I need. I recently got a 2016 Audi A3 E-tron sportback a few months ago. It’s been a great car and worked flawlessly until yesterday when I got home and the charge port was giving me a solid red light even when being unplugged. I also couldn’t switch from scheduled charging to immediate charging either. Plugging the car in have a yellow and red light at the same time before quick blinking green with a constant red still. 2017 Audi A3 Etron. Battery charged. Starts in EV mode but switches to battery hold when I go over ~12 mph. After that, it will let me switch to hybrid mode but EV is grayed out while continuing to drive. When I stop at a light, I can switch back to EV but then the same thing happens. I took it in to my regular mechanic; they scanned it and said there are no fault codes and that I should take it to Audi. Hi there! I got recently a 2019 Audi A3 e-tron. I subscribed to the data package and most online functions are working. Still I can not get the control features working. I verified with Audi I am the Key User and manage to connect the car for Audi Connect features. Still under user managemnt in myAudy site or app I see that the Security sensitive features are in status OFF. I have nowhere to verify that in the MMI. The only setting there is Logging on/off. Hi, I've had my e-tron for almost 5 years now and only had this problem last winter and this winter. I charge overnight, on the timer in the MMI (the app doesn't work for this year of A3), in the morning, the charge is only at half, it doesn't matter if it goes a few days before I drive, it only gets to half. The shop says there are no messages or obvious reasons for it not to be working. Hi, A month or so ago, my MMI "rebooted" whilst I was driving - inasmuch as the display retracted and then popped up again and then went throught the "normal" startup sequence. Otherwise the car kept going (which was reassuring). Have any of you had this happen and if so did you find out why it had occurred? As the title says, I'm looking to trade in my Audi A3 E-tron plug-in hybrid for an E-Golf. In my A3 e-tron, if you swap to auto manual, the cars engine brakes kick in which helps regen some battery (albeit slowly) but every little bit helps. My question is: is it bad for the transmission to be constantly swapping over to manual when I want to slow down so that it regens the battery? I use it when going down hills, when stopping at stop signs and turning corners as a way to not rely solely on the break (and honestly, it’s fun to do). Anyone with experience know? Hi - my journey getting started on the Intelligent Octopus Go Tariff has been an utter nightmare since 1st September. Something stopped me from connecting my car and this was blamed on Enode's Servers having outages and down time with Audi vehicles. I switched to Octopus Go to at least be able to charge at much reduced Unit rates, albeit for a shorter period of 4 hours.
