In todays economy and Kdfwr having a hard time paying enough to attract game wardens and wma maintenance staff etc. , why do we continue to stock non-native fish in streams and lakes where they can’t survive and reproduce and sustain a viable population ? We’re in the Delta lounge in Atlanta after a fun trip to PR fly fishing. Lots of fish and lots of fun. Good food and friends. I caught my first tarpon and first snook. Our son got one that they measured length and girth and calculated that it weighed 38 pounds. I learned a LOT. Knocked a bucket list item off this past weekend in PCB. Had always wondered what it would be like to catch a shark. And boy did we find out in a big way! We booked a shore fishing trip for shark. When we arrived the guide had already sat up 3 poles and was working on the 4th. Pretty cool how they use drones to fly the bait out and drop it where they want. We started fishing at 7pm.
