Eleanor Harris Freeman of Akron, OH since 1998 passed away October 20, 2023. Eleanor was born in Portage WI Nov. 8, 1927, to the Rev. John W. Harris and Attabelle Harris, and lived in several towns in Wisconsin, moving due to her father’s ministry. Allan Petersen, fondly known as Fafa, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2024, at the age of 84 surrounded by his family. He was born on March 16, 1940, in Frederic, WI to Hjalmer and Ella Petersen. Allan spoke only Danish until he attended grade school in Luck, WI. As a child, he enjoyed beekeeping with his grandfather, Frode, and spent quality time with his brother, Gary, and cousins.
