‘Opal Opulence’ is a collection that has been born from a creative vision and tentatively brought to life through the passage of time. Hand selected rare white crystal and boulder opals purchased directly from a fully traceable source and family run business based in Yowah, Queensland Australia form the basis of this new exuberant range. You will also discover beautiful faceted fairly sourced sapphires in a multitude of colours in this collection, and gorgeous ametrines, a unique naturally occurring variety of quartz that is a mixture of amethyst and citrine with zones of purple and yellow or ..read more

White Sapphires all the way!   Just before lockdown happened in the UK, I completed an engagement ring for Doug who had commissioned me to make a ring for his partner Harri. I absolutely love Somerset Open Studios and all it has to offer.  It’s a wonderful event spanning across two weeks and three weekends starting on Saturday 18th September – Sunday 3rd October where often reclusive Somerset designers, makers and artists open their studio doors for all to see. We all get to not only just see behind said doors, but to meet the artists and designers in person, to ask questions about their inspirations and practice, and purchase work directly from them in their studios too! Open Studios a ..read more

WILD is a collection that has been a while in the making, in fact it goes all the way back to the beginning when Two for Joy was first brought into creation and it is the root of all my current collections. Living in the heart of Somerset, you can’t help but fall into a natural rhythm of saluting the Magpie when ever they cross your path, keeping in mind the folkloric rhyme, ‘One for sorrow, Two for joy, Three for a girl, Four for a boy,  Five for silver, Six for gold, Seven for a secret, never be told…’ I explain more about my affiliation with Magpies and how they have influenced my wor ..read more
