Recent changes to the General Aviation Regulations (GAR) 2024 mean that for international general aviation flights the Persons On-Board Flight Information must be submitted no later than 2 hours prior to the expected time of departure. What does this mean for my next private charter? There are no changes to the information we ask for in advance of your flight. We will always ask for scanned copies of passports for all passengers travelling on the aircraft.
