Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for TV Stands. I tried looking on Wayfair but it seems like the quality of the materials aren't great. Looking for something solid wood, at least 80in Wide and 32in High. Willing to travel. Thank you for reading my post. Have a great day. submitted by /u/msamo001 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Looking for doors for a 2021/2022 Toyota Prius

Long shot, I know. I bought a salvage Toyota Prius that really just needs two doors to get it back on the road. I am having a hard time locating the matching paint color doors and figured maybe someone here has experience in this and can help out. I know I could find close matching doors and paint then blend but that seems like more trouble than it needs to be if I could just find them in the right color. I need both drivers side doors in 089 paint code. That color was only used in the 2021 and 2022 years. I don’t mind driving quite a distance to pick them up if anyone knows a yard that might ..read more

Vet for anxious pup

I'm the new mama of a 4 year old mutt who is sweet but anxious and reactive during the few times I've taken her to the vet (Magnolia Animal Hosp). I didn't care for the customer service at Magnolia and am looking to establish care at a different vet. Does anyone have personal experience with a vet for an anxious pup (and in turn anxious owner!) - Raleigh / Cary area. Good or bad feedback appreciated. Thanks! submitted by /u/Glum-Arrival7609 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Fun downtown restaurant with tweens

Tomorrow I’m going to find myself and partner in downtown (near the convention center) with two very fun tweens. What is an equally fun restaurant that’s not a food hall that we could go to (walking distance of said convention center)? I was hoping maybe there was a hibachi place within walking distance but that’s sadly not the case! I know all the places I want to go, but I’m not sure about places for them. submitted by /u/Filledelegende [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

We don't live in Raleigh, but we're catching a bus for a weekend trip later this month. Is there a recommended secure parking lot where we can leave our car for a few days near the Capital Blvd Greyhound station? Thanks so much! submitted by /u/BethMNC [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

For a little background, I currently work at target and I’m only making $15 an hour. I’m also helping take care of my mom who is disabled and only makes around $900 from Social Security benefits. We were staying with my sister for a while but she recently got married and is moving next month. She also has three kids so there’s just no space for us which is understandable. We’ve applied for all the public housing resources we can find but everything has waitlist at least a year. Because of my mom’s condition I went straight to work after HS and put college on hold, but It’s hard to find anythi ..read more

Meridian Waste flyer silliness

I guess for those in Raleigh who feel like they aren't paying enough for their garbage service you can pay an extra $20 a month? Doesn't explicitly say they come to your door but that's the only thing I can think of that'd make this remotely marketable. Kind of wondering if they are attempting to FUD people into paying for it though. https://preview.redd.it/jh1cgsuhbv0d1.jpg?width=1283&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d92893f86e4e26e0e015bab3358c246a75102659 submitted by /u/ElderOfAncients [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
