Trails aren’t just for hiking in Sedona! The Verde Valley Wine Trail involves every winery and tasting room in the Verde Valley and Sedona area, and attracts thousands of visitors each year. The first fundraiser for this organization was held on January 27th, 2024 at the Cottonwood Community Clubhouse. I was happy to act as DJ and MC for this event that focused on a prohibition repeal theme. There were amazing wines from all around the state, fantastic food by Chef John Ramagli of The Village Chophouse and Rotten Johnny’s Pizza in Sedona, tons of awesome raffle items up for bid, and more. Offering wine tours to guests during their visit to Sedona and other nearby towns, is not just a job for me. It’s a personal experience that I get to curate for my guests. I’m along for the ride too, and just as a good DJ selects the right songs for the right moment, I want to create the right playlist for your journey. There are so many great places to explore along the Verde Valley Wine Trail, but it’s everything in-between that makes it all so special. Driving along the high desert roads, gazing across miles of ancient rock formations into a vast horizon of open skies, or walking along hist ..read more

Harvest Season 2022 As the 2022 harvest season rolls near, vineyard owners and wine producers are getting ready here in the Verde Valley and across Arizona Many guests on our Sedona wine tours ask “When in harvest season for Arizona?” This depends on many factors, but it’s generally in August and September. There is a lot of prep work that goes into ensuring the grapes will be ripe and safe leading up to their actual harvest time. You may have seen nets over the vines during a visit to a vineyard and wondered what that was all about. Simply put, its to protect the grapes from being picked at b ..read more
