We're excited to announce two, ongoing and virtual support spaces starting soon and led by TREC DC therapists Dr. Aysha DeSilva and Alice Lee!   They will be providing an every other week virtual support space for women of color, with an ask that folks commit to attending for at least 6 sessions (across 12 weeks).    The other space is specifically for therapists who are women of color, again every other week for at least 6 sessions.   Please see below for more information on both groups, and contact us at admin@trecdcpsychotherapy.org to sign up or ask additional questions ..read more

A reminder that our 4-session virtual Grief & Loss Group is beginning next week, Thursday 1/26! Led by BIPOC clinicians, this is a 4-session group (with a check-in session 2 weeks after the conclusion of the group) that will help members better understand the grief process and gain tools to help navigate grieving.
