Hello! This is Whitman-Walker writing with exciting news! We will open the new Max Robinson Center on August 14th! The new center is located at 1201 Sycamore Drive SE on the St. Elizabeths East campus. The center is located less than two blocks from the Congress Heights Metro stop.
The current Max Robinson Center, located on MLK Avenue SE, will close to patient care at the end of the day on August 10th. If you have an appointment scheduled on or after August 14th 2023, your appointment will take place at the new center in Congress Heights.

We wanted to send along a little update about the progress on our new Max Robinson Center.
The building is coming along very nicely. We can’t wait to share it with you. We’re still working on confirming an opening date based on the construction timeline and our certificate of occupancy from the DC Government, but we are working towards opening to patient care in mid to late August. In the meantime, the current Max Robinson location in Anacostia will remain open for all your care and wellness needs.
