Irish Church Missions

Paul continues to set realistic horizons for Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:5.  If he is going to continue in ministry, Timothy needs to be not only sober-minded, but also to endure suffering.  It is absolutely essential that every Christian, but especially for those in Christian ministry, have a proper understanding of suffering in the Christian life. One of the most important aspects to establish is the simple fact that suffering is part of living in this fallen world and Christians are not exempt from such suffering.  Many Christians experience long term pain, experience horrendous ..read more

Ballinderry Mission
Irish Church Missions

Last November ICM ministry leaders and supporting churches led a mission week in Ballinderry Parish Church.  It was organised by many of the parishioners and coordinator by Rev’d Trevor Cleland.  Over the course of the week, events were held to reach out to the whole community with special women and men’s events too.   As a mission agency it was great to be involved in strengthening the witness of a local church as it sought to reach out to its community with the gospel. It was a huge encouragement to be involved and to see a whole church united in their love for Jesus and the ..read more

Irish Church Missions is dedicated to starting, strengthening, and supporting healthy Anglican churches across Ireland. This programme is designed to train both men and women to love, lead, and serve our community in both visible and behind-the-scenes roles. We believe that the Holy Spirit naturally cultivates growth in Christians, transforming regular attendees into invested leaders within His church. The cohort provided a clear vision for God’s church and equipped participants to lead ministries faithfully, eff ..read more

Ross Neill I was asked to become an ICM trustee in March 2024 and I’m hugely excited to be taking on the role! I’ve been involved in an ICM church in Dublin since moving to the city in 2021 so I have seen first hand the impact that ICM and its partner churches are having on the lives of many people here in Dublin and beyond as the Gospel is made known to them. Having grown up in Belfast, I have also had the privilege of being involved in Gospel-centred churches across the island and I share ICM’s desire to see the Gospel proclaimed in every community across Ireland. I’m looking forward to seei ..read more

This summer we’ve sadly said goodbye to Colin Logue and Sally Shaw as they’ve retired from our Belfast office. They have both served us so faithfully for the last 10 years in many seen and unseen ways and they will be sorely missed. We thank them both so much for their commitment and for serving God in this way and we pray for them as they move onto a new season of their lives. Thank you so much Colin and Sally. We pray for God’s blessing and protection on you as you move into a new season of your lives. As a result of Colin and Sally retiring, we have taken the decision to merge our admin ..read more
