Apologies if this is the wrong forum for this thread. For me, it would be where the Sainsbury's is on the corner of Deansgate & Peter/Quay Street, maybe with a glass pedestrian bridge linking it to future rooftop gardens of the Great Northern. It would be visible from all along Deansgate plus the corner of St Peter's Square as well so would provide a nice view from there too.
