Looks like there's a new proposal for a 6-story building at 185 Commercial Street, on an existing parking / patio area between Wharf and Commercial. Proposal is calling for retail on floors 1 and 2 and five residential units on 3-6. Seems like they're making the most of a tight lot. I'm sure the condos will command a premium.
