Hopefully they will improve some of the active transport connections between this development, Noarlunga Station and Colonnades. Tt's definitely not the best or safest to walk around there, especially at night. Statistics: Posted by Norman — Sat Jul 27, 2024 4:04 am ..read more

Masterplan released for new $150m, tree-lined Noarlunga residential development as consultation starts. The masterplan for a spacious, 626-home residential estate in Adelaide’s south has been released, revealing a major focus on tree canopy and open space. See the plans. More than 600 new homes, with hundreds of social and affordable dwellings, are planned for a new tree-lined neighbourhood to address the housing crisis in Adelaide’s south. And with plans to keep a huge swath of it as public open space, the state government is seeking ideas for what locals want in the park area. A draft ma ..read more

Yeah, it used to be a Bi-Lo until that brand was retired, and for some reason they have continued to keep it open. Probably trying to stop Aldi or Woolies from coming into the centre. Statistics: Posted by Norman — Sat Jul 27, 2024 1:10 am ..read more

Hey team, Approved. The media found out before we did which was pretty annoying because we like the members to be informed first when we can. The reserve matters are largely additional detail that we have put off until we had the certainly of planning approval. Demolition of the rear hall is probably one of the toughest approvals you can ever achieve in planning. Everything else is just regular work. In construction terms, t was pretty momentous for that time - then turned into a decades-long wait for something taller. While Crowne Plaza is taller and was much welcomed, the Keystone building will have the same level of city defining importance as the State Bank all those years ago. Really hoping tha ..read more
