I'm looking for an update to this thread. I'm finally looking at building a house, possibly with Pacesetter in the Southwest. Growing up I've seen some of the crap my folks dealt with from builders like Qualico and Parkwood. I don't think any builder is perfect but I'm trying to see what's everyone's experience was like. I think Pacesetter is owned by Qualico. Has anyone here built with them? Do you like your home they built? Any positive stories with a different builder?

I've noticed, since I've been out cycling that many cyclists using the bike lanes don't follow the road rules, they don't stop at red lights or anything. Seriously, this is why people hate us. Because so many of you jerks aren't even following the rules. You're still considered a vehicle. You're legally obligated to stop at red lights and stop for pedestrians. EVEN in the bike lanes. The bike lanes have their own set of lights, stop signs and yield signs for a reason... Like I would Love more bike lanes but those types of people are making it hard for other people to support that idea. :/

Does anyone know if the Saratoga restaurant on Calgary trail is under new ownership?
Seems like it... not in a good way

This is a little late but Paddy's Cheese shop is gone (last month) which is so sad and also that chocolate shop on Whyte as well. How they managed to stay open that long is beyond me.

I'd like to start playing tennis and I have signed up for the adult group lessons at Saville. I'm just wondering if there are any other resources I can benefit from or if there are groups that are beginner friendly, or if anybody cares to teach the basics. Thank you!

Like the title says. If anyone still interested there’s about 20 each of the Danby 10,000 & 12,000 BTU.
